Job summary

Orchard Valley Golf Course in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a friendly, service‑driven events and activities coordinator. This highly interactive role focuses on member engagement, league and group activities, and supporting member events with hands‑on assistance, photography, and social media content.

You will work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed, build strong relationships with members and staff, and help ensure every event runs smoothly while contributing to club operations

Qualifications

• Two years of experience delivering exceptional service in a hospitality, club, or customer-focused environment.
• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members and help create exceptional experiences
• Be a welcoming, visible presence at club events
• Coordinate and manage member activities, including bocce and card play
• Oversee and support all card groups
• Assist with event setup and breakdown
• Take photos and assist with social media content
• Jump in wherever needed to support successful events and activities
• Work closely with multiple departments to enhance member experience
