Job summary

Invited Clubs is seeking a Director Member Experience at Anthem Golf & Country Club in Arizona to shape and elevate the member experience, driving engagement, retention and revenue across the club.

You will develop and execute the member experience strategy, manage onboarding and tenure, lead events and communications, and supervise the experience team, partnering with General Manager and department heads to deliver outstanding service and community at the club.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in hospitality, customer relations, food and beverage, private events, or marketing and communications.
• 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, event management, business or marketing and communications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the member experience strategy focusing on retention and engagement.
• Partner with General Manager and department heads to drive revenue-generating initiatives across departments.
• Use data analytics to monitor engagement trends and optimize retention efforts.
• Oversee planning and execution of member events and programs aligned with club goals.
• Develop and distribute multi-channel communication strategy to promote events and initiatives.
