Lake Superior YMCA seeks a Membership Experience Director to lead membership growth, develop staff, and manage engagement programs. You will build strong relationships with local organizations and guide staff to deliver exceptional member service.

The role emphasizes inclusive leadership, budget oversight, and collaboration with the Branch Executive to meet strategic goals. This full-time position requires dedication to community impact and program excellence.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in fields related to business, hospitality, or related field.
• Five years of managing a customer service department.
• CPR/First Aid and AED certification required or training provided upon hire.
• Experience serving diverse communities and commitment to inclusive practices.

Mansioni

• Implement membership strategies to recruit new members and retain existing members.
• Recruit, hire, train, develop, schedule, and direct member service staff and volunteers.
• Develop and monitor program budgets to meet fiscal objectives.
• Oversee member engagement programming and special events.
• Develop collaborative relationships with community organizations and corporate partners.
• Support equity and inclusion initiatives and communicate Y values.
