Job summary

YMCA of San Diego County is seeking a senior leader to drive association-wide membership operations and engagement. You will oversee onboarding, data processes, and the YMCA experience across locations, focusing on well-being, achievement, relationships, and belonging.

You will lead development of loyalty programs, lead management, and corporate partnerships while coaching branches to achieve targets and deliver exceptional service. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' professional experience in Sales or Business Development.
• Fingerprinting required by policy and background checks per YMCA.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification from recognized organizations.

Responsibilities

• Operationalize best practices in membership acquisition, retention and customer engagement.
• Grow and manage the Association’s Corporate Membership Program by expanding partnerships and participation.
• Develop and implement a member loyalty and rewards program to enhance engagement and retention.
• Provide on-site coaching and training to ensure best practices are understood and followed by staff.
• Develop data-driven membership strategies to increase ARPU, retention, and program enrollments.
