Job summary

Municipal Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Representative to provide exceptional service to our members. You will explore needs, explain products, open and maintain accounts, and handle loan applications in a high-volume branch.

You will collaborate with management to deliver excellent outcomes and cross-sell MCU products while promoting digital banking tools and self-service options. The role requires strong communication, confidentiality, and the ability to work overtime and Saturdays

Qualifications

• Retail banking experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task; good time management and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and technologically proficient.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Brand Ambassador, delivering excellent member service with every transaction.
• Open new accounts and onboarding, ensuring a welcoming experience.
• Assist with teller transactions and branch operations as needed.
• Educate members on digital banking tools and self-service options.
