Glow Brands is hiring a Member Services Representative to deliver a positive member experience at our Planet Fitness location. You will greet members and guests, check in, answer questions, and guide tours as needed, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front desk.

The role requires strong customer service, basic computer skills, and a friendly, reliable attitude. A high school diploma or GED is required; you must be 16 or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with a friendly welcome.

• Respond to questions professionally and escalate as needed.
