Job summary

Planet Fitness - Glow Brands is seeking a Member Services Representative to deliver superior customer service to members, prospective members, and guests. You will greet, assist, and tour prospects, update accounts, and help keep the club clean while maintaining a friendly, professional environment.

The role offers five days per week with a flexible schedule around 40–45 hours; health benefits and gym access are part of the perks. A high school diploma and 18+ age are required.

Qualifications

• Customer service background preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency required.
• A passion for fitness and health.
• Upbeat and positive attitude.
• Punctuality and reliability is a must.
• Exceptional customer service skills; interact positively and professionally with members and coworkers.
• Strong listener with empathy and problem solving.
• Diplomacy in all interactions and appropriate behavior.
• High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests with exceptional service.
• Handle front desk tasks: answer phones, check members in, sign-up new members, give tours.
• Update member accounts as needed.
• Respond promptly to questions and concerns; escalate as needed to managers.
• Maintain cleanliness of the club.
• Work five days per week; schedule ~40–45 hours depending on status.
