Job summary

Glow Brands is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative to create a superior member experience at Planet Fitness locations. You will engage with members and guests to welcome them and foster a positive community.

Responsibilities include greeting, front desk tasks, sign-ups, member tours, updating accounts, and addressing questions with professionalism. The role requires five days per week, roughly 40–45 hours, and a genuine passion for fitness.

Qualifications

• Customer service background preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• A passion for fitness and health.
• Upbeat and positive attitude!
• Punctuality and reliability.
• Exceptional customer service skills; interact professionally with members.
• Strong listener with empathy and problem solving.
• Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions.
• High School diploma/GED equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests with exceptional service.
• Handle front desk activities: answer phones and assist callers.
• Check members into the system and sign up new members.
• Take prospective members on tours.
• Update member accounts as needed.
• Respond to questions and concerns; escalate as needed.
• Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the club.
• Work five days per week, approx 40–45 hours depending on status.
