Qualifications

• Preferred background in customer service.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Punctuality and reliability is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and provide exceptional customer service.
• Answer phones and assist callers with questions.
• Check members into the system and assist in sign-ups.
• Respond to concerns and maintain neatness of the club.
