Job summary

Credit Union West is hiring a Member Service Consultant at the Cottonwood branch. This frontline role provides member service, assists with new accounts, funds consumer loans and supports teller operations, with a focus on digital services.

Eligible candidates will complete five weeks of full-time training at our Glendale headquarters before transitioning to their home branch in Cottonwood. We value community, competitive wages, benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 0–1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a financial institution.
• Ability to work shifts Monday–Saturday 8am–6pm.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions accurately and securely at the teller window.
• Open, maintain, and close membership accounts and assist with online banking.
• Assist with consumer loans and related paperwork.
• Provide support across branches as needed.
