Job summary

Credit Union West in Scottsdale, AZ seeks a Member Service Consultant to provide frontline member service, open accounts, assist with loans, and promote digital services at the Kierland Branch. The role involves sales activity, cross-selling, and maintaining accurate records while delivering a high standard of customer care.

Training begins at Glendale corporate HQ before transitioning to the Kierland home branch; full-time hours Mon-Sat 8am-6pm with benefits including health insurance, 401(k)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience, preferably in finance.
• Ability to work Monday–Saturday 8am–6pm; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline member service and assist with teller tasks.
• Open, maintenance and close member accounts and loans.
• Promote digital banking and complete customer follow-up.
• Support other branch operations as needed.
