Job summary

Credit Union West is seeking a frontline, member-facing associate at the Arrowhead Branch in Glendale, AZ. The role focuses on consultative financial conversations, new accounts, and loan processing to support member relationships, with involvement in digital banking and service channels.

Training is provided for five weeks at the corporate headquarters before transitioning to the home branch. The position requires 3–5 years lending experience and NMLS, with bilingual preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or GED.
• Experience: 3–5 years of lending experience in a financial institution.
• NMLS license required.
• Must be able to work Mon–Sat 8am–6pm.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative conversations and sound financial advice to members.
• Open, maintain, and close various membership accounts.
• Process loans and fund consumer loans including personal, credit cards, auto, and home equity.
• Assist members with digital banking and online services.
