Qualifications

• Minimum 0–1 year of customer service experience, preferably in financial services.
• Ability to work Monday–Saturday 8am–6pm.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist teller transactions accurately and securely, promoting digital services.
• Open, maintain and close various membership accounts, assist with online banking and transfers.
• Process consumer loan applications and funding, including personal, card, and auto loans; cross-sell related products.
• Support other duties as needed.
