Life Time seeks a Membership Concierge II to serve as the frontline for members and guests, handling account maintenance, service delivery and engagement. You will grow professionally through hospitality certification progressions and craft a personalized succession plan aligned with your goals.

The role emphasizes building strong member relationships, resolving issues, and delivering extraordinary experiences within a resort-like environment.

Qualifications

• Must multitask and deliver high-quality customer service.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to stand for 4+ hours.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening.

Responsabilités

• Acts as first point of contact for members/guests.
• Builds relationships and creates exceptional experiences.
• Handles inbound/outbound calls for engagement and acquisition.
• Maintains knowledge of club programming, events, pricing and policies.
• Assists with account maintenance and transactions including payments.
• Supports new membership sales and member retention interactions.
• Uses tools to resolve member questions and service issues.
