Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Membership Concierge II to deliver exceptional service at our Winter Park location. You will handle member accounts, explain club programming, events, and pricing while building lasting relationships.

You will respond to inquiries, assist with account maintenance and new membership sales, and contribute to member retention through proactive service and problem solving in a fast-paced resort environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience.
• Complete Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for members and guests entering the resort.
• Build relationships with members to deliver extraordinary experiences.
• Handle inbound calls and outbound outreach to support engagement and acquisition.
• Educate members on club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Assist with account maintenance, changes, and transactions including payments.
• Support new membership sales and member retention interactions.
• Engage in problem solving and service recovery using available tools.
