Job summary

Life Time, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Membership Concierge II to support member engagement, account maintenance and program information at our clubs.

You will handle member inquiries, process transactions, assist with new membership sales and retention, and deliver extraordinary guest experiences in a fast-paced environment. Qualified candidates will have 1-2 years in customer service or sales, high school diploma, and certification readiness within 60 days.

Qualifications

• Must deliver high quality customer service, service recovery and verbal communication.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to stand for 4 hours.
• Maintain friendly and outgoing demeanor.
• Complete Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Acts as first point of contact for members and guests entering the resort.
• Cultivates hospitality mindset and builds relationships to create extraordinary experiences.
• Handles inbound calls and outbound outreach to support engagement and acquisition.
• Educates members about club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Assists with account maintenance, changes and transactions including payments for programs, services, and products.
• Supports new membership sales and member retention interactions.
