Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests with exceptional customer service.
• Handle front desk activities: answer phones, assist callers, check members in, sign up new members, give tours.
• Facilitate updates to member accounts.
• Respond to questions and concerns promptly and escalate as needed to management.
• Maintain cleanliness and neatness of the club.
