Equinox is seeking energetic Front Desk Associates to warmly greet members and guests, scan IDs, answer phones, and respond to questions to ensure a first‑class experience.

You will update accounts, maintain a clean lobby, and support opening, closing, or mid‑day shifts in a fast‑paced club, collaborating with other teams for seamless service.

Qualifications

• Friendly, professional, and energetic; able to communicate in person, via email, and by phone.
• Reliable, computer literate, and personable with a focus on guest service.
• Pay Transparency: $15.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Professionally greet members and guests.
• Scan membership IDs upon entry.
• Answer phones professionally.
• Respond to member questions, concerns and discrepancies.
• Update members’ accounts when needed.
• Maintain an orderly and clean work area.
• Support opening/closing/mid-day shifts.
• Tour members and provide assistance as needed.
• Deliver the highest level of customer service to members and guests.
• Assist other departments with related tasks.
