Genesis Health Clubs in Clive, IA is seeking a Front Desk Associate to manage day-to-day guest check-ins, member retention, and delivering high-quality customer service.

The role requires weekend/evening/holiday availability, cash handling experience, and the ability to respond to inquiries with courtesy. CPR certification must be current or obtained within 60 days.

You will work with staff to maintain a clean, organized front desk area and support club goals through friendly interactions.

Qualifications

• Answer phones, take messages and transfer calls.

• Communicates kindly and sincerely using member's name.
• Attends staff and club meetings and events.
• Establishes professional relationships with members and staff.
• Maintains front desk cleanliness, organization, and presence.
• Responds quickly and appropriately to emergencies.
