Job summary

Mint is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our studio as front desk associates, delivering warm welcomes, processing memberships, class registrations, and retail interactions with a friendly, proactive approach.

You will be proficient with our software, handle calls, manage towel & laundry duties, and support a positive guest experience while working 14-20 hours weekly. A one-year commitment and weekend availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required.
• Detail oriented and highly organized.
• Multi-task in a high paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm hello and friendly smile.
• Share membership options, class packages, and retail items.
• Be proficient with our software and handle class registrations.
