Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet, check-in, and welcome clients for class.
• Deliver excellent customer service and hospitality to clients.
• Clean and prep studio, including mats, floors, and mirrors.
• Stock common areas and assist with front desk and office tasks.
• Support instructors with class setup, breakdown, or client questions.
• Troubleshoot live stream issues and support digital components.
• Know The Class method, schedule, and retail offerings.
