Job summary

Community First Credit Union is seeking a Receptionist to provide a WOW experience for members and handle incoming calls with warmth and organization. You will be the first point of contact in the branch and play a key role in directing traffic and delivering outstanding service.

Two rotating shifts are offered, with daytime hours and opportunities to contribute to a friendly branch team committed to community service and member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of related experience.
• Excellent listening ability and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Passion for providing outstanding service to members.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding, quality service to external and internal members.
• Manage branch traffic by greeting members and directing them to the right staff.
• Take initiative to ensure members are served quickly and to assist with problems.
• Answer phones quickly and professionally and direct calls to the proper destination.
• Record and distribute telephone or in-person messages.
• Assist with check order processing and contact members when checks are received.
