Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with basic training.
• At least 6 months of related experience in member service or guest-facing roles.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Basic typing/word processing skills.
• Ability to comply with credit union policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales and service goals and ethically refer suitable products and services.
• Provide information on Credit Union services, policies, and membership eligibility.
• Perform routine member transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments).
• Maintain confidentiality and complete CIP, CDD/EDD procedures.
• Handle cash accurately and balance cash drawer per procedures.
• Process membership accounts, notary service, and other member requests as needed.
