Responsibilities

• Provides superior guest service and member experience through multiple channels including phone, email, in-person interactions, and the Union League mobile app chat feature.
• Extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of the Union League and all companion amenities.
• Handles member and guest requests such as transportation, tickets, flowers, courier services, dining reservations, tee times, tours of the city, etc.
• Maintains a high daily standard of upkeep and organization of the Business Centers to ensure a clean, professional environment.
• Keeps member information accurate by updating databases as needed.
• Makers dining and event reservations for members and their guests, communicates special requests to relevant staff.
