Job summary

Gentle Creek Country Club in Prosper, Texas is seeking a self-motivated Member Relations Coordinator to enhance member engagement and onboarding. This role serves as a visible ambassador, greeting members and ensuring a warm, professional experience across golf, dining, and club activities.

You will coordinate onboarding, communications, events, and programs while collaborating with department leaders to maintain a high-quality, welcoming member experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, college coursework preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in private club, hospitality, customer service, member relations, or event coordination preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Be a primary point of contact and resource for Gentle Creek members and guests.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the Club and proactively engage with members.
• Build genuine relationships with members by learning their preferences, interests, and needs.
• Greet, welcome, and assist members and guests with a warm, professional, and service-oriented approach.
• Coordinate and execute the Club's new member onboarding process.
• Develop and execute programming to increase member participation and engagement.
• Help develop and execute a consistent member communication strategy.
• Attend member events and functions to ensure successful execution and interaction with members.
• Support the Membership Sales team and retention initiatives.
