Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in private club, hospitality, customer service, member relations, event coordination, or related field preferred.
• Private club or golf industry experience is a plus.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn membership and club management systems.
• Experience with social media, email marketing, or digital communication platforms is preferred.
• Professional appearance and demeanor appropriate for a private country club environment.
• Must be comfortable interacting with members, guests, and team members throughout the Club.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary ambassador for Gentle Creek members and guests.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the Club and proactively engage with members.
• Build genuine relationships with members by learning their preferences, interests, and needs.
• Greet, welcome, and assist members and guests with a warm, professional, and service-oriented approach.
• Respond promptly and professionally to member questions, requests, and concerns; follow up as needed.
• Coordinate and execute the Club's onboarding process for new members.
• Develop and maintain member programming and a unified lifestyle calendar.
• Help develop and execute member communications, including emails, newsletters, and calendars.
• Coordinate member events with departments; ensure proper execution and follow-up.
