Job summary

Gentle Creek Country Club in Prosper, TX, is seeking a personable Member Relations Coordinator to serve as a welcoming ambassador for members and guests.

You will own onboarding, cultivate engagement, coordinate programming and events, support communications, and assist with retention efforts, working closely with GM, department heads, and operations to deliver a consistently exceptional private‑club experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in private clubs or hospitality preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and exceptional interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for members and guests, ensuring a welcoming experience.
• Coordinate onboarding, programs, events, and member communications.
• Support retention initiatives and learn member preferences and needs.
• Collaborate with General Manager and department leaders to deliver quality service.
• Maintain organized member records and assist with club calendars and updates.
• Attend member events and actively engage with members to foster relationships.
• Assist with member feedback and program improvement initiatives.
