Job summary

Cowboys Golf Club in Grapevine, TX seeks a Member Relations Coordinator to be the primary contact for members, prospects, and guests. You will blend customer service, event coordination, and administrative support to strengthen satisfaction and retention across the club.

Responsibilities include onboarding new members, maintaining records, planning events with golf and F&B teams, and assisting in member communications.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in member services, hospitality, or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and events.
• Experience with membership software and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a welcoming, knowledgeable point of contact for current and prospective members, in person, by phone, and by email.
• Manage the new member onboarding process, including welcome communications, orientation, and account setup.
• Maintain accurate member records and membership database, including billing, renewals, and status changes.
• Plan and coordinate member events, clinics, socials, and appreciation functions in partnership with the golf and F&B teams.
• Track member engagement and satisfaction, proactively addressing concerns and escalating issues as needed.
• Support membership sales efforts by fielding inquiries, scheduling tours, and following up with leads.
• Assist in producing member communications, including newsletters, event invitations, and Club updates.
• Collect and report on member feedback to help shape Club programming and service standards.
• Coordinate with golf operations, dining, and events departments to ensure a seamless member experience across all touchpoints.
• Uphold the Club's brand standards and hospitality culture in every member interaction.
