Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Fluent reading, speaking, and writing in English.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to process check-ins and payments.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, guests, and prospects to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage member check-ins and verify account status.
• Answer calls and provide information, directing calls as needed.
• Assist with account updates, billing, and past-due balances.
• Support retention by addressing cancellations and offering solutions.
• Process transactions and manage cash drawer with accuracy.
• Enforce gym policies and maintain a safe, respectful environment.
• Perform opening and closing duties as required.
• Assist with cleanliness of front desk and facility.
• Explain membership options to prospects.
