Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Punctuality and reliability are a must.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A positive, upbeat attitude and a passion for fitness and health!
• Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact professionally with members and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests with exceptional service.
• Check members in and facilitate updates to accounts.
• Respond to questions and elevate to management when needed.
• Assist with keeping the club neat and clean.
• Answer phones, handle inquiries, and assist callers.
• Lead tours for prospective members and sign up new members.
• Support the Club Manager with drawer counts as needed.
