Job summary

The Taymax Group, a multi-unit Planet Fitness franchise, is hiring a friendly Member Services Representative for our Enterprise, AL club. You will greet members and guests, answer phones, sign up new members, calculate rates and monthly payments, check members in, take tours, and assist the Club Manager with drawer counts and account updates.

The role requires 18+, HS diploma or GED, basic computer skills, reliability, teamwork, and a positive attitude to help deliver a welcoming Judgement Free

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age or older.
• High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Punctuality and reliability are a must.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A positive, upbeat attitude and a passion for fitness and health.
• Exceptional customer service skills; empathize and problem solve.
• Diplomacy in all interactions and appropriate language.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with questions.
• Check members into the system and take prospective members on tours.
• Sign up new members, calculating rates and monthly payments.
• Assist the Club Manager in counting out the drawer as needed.
• Facilitate needed updates to member accounts and respond to questions promptly.
• Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
• Complete daily tasks within the first hour and assist with cleaning and projects.
• Work with the team on special cleaning projects and other duties as needed.
