The Ned & Ned's Club Washington DC is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead one of our venues, stepping in when leadership isn’t on site and partnering on all aspects of running a successful business.

You will drive strategy, monitor financial performance, manage labor scheduling, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while maintaining health and safety standards. This role offers growth within a global hospitality group and memorable experiences for members and guests.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience with a proven track record of delivering outstanding food, guest experiences, and people management.
• High standards are essential for consistent quality and service.
• Organized and detailed with record keeping for safety and audit standards.
• Commercial mindset to deliver strong financial performance and results.
• Calm, steady leadership in a high-pressure environment with guest focus.
• Flexibility to cover Am, PM and holiday shifts to balance guest needs.

Responsibilities

• Support your management team in delivering operational, commercial, experiential, and people performance.
• Contribute to and drive the restaurant strategy to achieve goals and long-term vision.
• Monitor financial performance, oversee labor scheduling, expenses, and budgeting.
• Protect and drive profitability via sales forecasting and month-end analysis.
• Ensure exceptional service and hold team to balanced scorecard results.
• Maintain health, safety and regulatory compliance.
• Lead people tasks: recruitment, development, onboarding, and performance chats.
• Bring creative hospitality to elevate member and guest experience.
