Job summary

The Ned's Club Washington DC seeks an On Call Event Server to deliver exceptional hospitality at every event, from weddings to corporate meetings. You will tailor service to each guest, answer questions about menus and spaces, and help with setup and teardown of our private event areas on level nine.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or events is a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift, pull, push up to 35 pounds.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding hospitality, tailoring service to create exceptional guest experiences.
• Answer guest questions and assist during events using knowledge of menus and space.
• Set up and tear down event spaces from start to finish.
• Deliver high standards of service and guest care.
• Support agency teams and assist with preparing linens, glassware, and silver for events.
