In-Shape Fitness seeks a Member Experience Ambassador (MEA) in Salinas, CA. This role serves as the heartbeat of the club, building strong connections with members, guests, and team while promoting our fitness philosophy and delivering outstanding service.

You will guide members through FitStart, help them download the app, provide tours of amenities, and highlight programs and promotions that meet individual goals.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and listening skills both in-person and on the phone.
• Basic fitness and sales experience.
• Friendliness, approachability and ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Get to know members/prospective members and explain membership options.
• Support new members with FitStart and club orientation.
• Assist members with downloading the mobile app and getting started.
