Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a team member to support merchandise protection procedures, assist members, and uphold club standards. You will greet guests, monitor entry/exit, and ensure a safe, positive environment across shifts.

Qualified candidates will have strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, basic math, and ability to use a smart handheld device. Must meet age and training requirements and be employed with BJ’s for at least 6 months.

Qualifications

• Must successfully complete required training and certification processes.
• Must be employed with the company for at least 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Resolves member concerns in a courteous and timely manner and escalates when necessary.
• Maintains understanding of merchandise protection procedures and shrink alert protocols.
• Performs duties to ensure safety and uphold club standards for members and team.
