Job summary

• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Former YMCA experience utilizing SGA Sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements sales and membership strategies to recruit new members and retain existing members.
• Creates a member-focused culture and models relationship-building in all interactions.
• Fosters a climate of innovation and resolves problems to ensure member satisfaction.
• Promotes program and membership enrollment in coordination with marketing efforts.
• Coordinates program registration (phone, walk-in, web).
• Ensures proper implementation of member service procedures and updates procedures as needed.
• Assists in organizing membership events and represents the YMCA at community events.
• Participates in staff meetings and completes required training.
• Follows all policies and maintains program site, equipment and records.
• Assists in all areas as assigned.
