Job summary

Office Evolution in North Austin, TX is hiring a Business Center Manager to drive sales, manage member services, and build client relationships. This in-person role covers sales, operations, and customer service five days a week, with a focus on ensuring a professional workspace and exceptional member experiences.

You will handle tours, sign-ups, and follow-ups, coordinate with marketing, and work to achieve occupancy and revenue targets while representing a growing national brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in sales or business development.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and self-motivation.
• Experience using HubSpot CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to sales inquiries with prompt, clear replies.
• Schedule and conduct office/location tours for prospective clients.
• Oversee client sign-ups for office space and virtual office services.
• Provide client updates to marketing for web and social media.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and other systems.
• Support occupancy, revenue, and customer satisfaction goals.
