The Learning Experience is seeking an Office Assistant / Center Operations Leader in Cedar Park, TX. You will influence financial and operational performance, engage families, and lead teams to create an environment where staff can thrive.

Responsibilities include P&L analysis, staffing, payroll, budgeting, and customer communications. The role emphasizes strong leadership, data-driven decisions, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in retail/store management or equivalent leadership roles.
• 2+ years of customer-facing sales experience or client-facing responsibilities.
• Ability to leverage data to understand the business and make informed decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drives financial performance and productivity for all center operations.
• Analyzes and reconciles monthly P&L statements; creates action plans based on performance and occupancy forecasts.
• Hires and retains high-performing teachers; ensures adequate staffing ratios.
• Manages labor, schedules, and timekeeping to maintain proper staffing levels.
• Forecasts enrollment and coordinates with Center Director on strategy.
• Oversees payroll processes and payroll accuracy.
• Manages center inventory, vendor relationships, and facilities support.
• Ensures accurate billing, collections, and customer communications.
