The Learning Experience in Texas seeks an Office Assistant with strong retail operations and customer engagement experience to support center leadership. The role focuses on financial performance, staffing, payroll, and inventory while building relationships with families and local partners.

Responsibilities include driving enrollment, managing schedules to maintain ratios, and executing local marketing to support center growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in retail/store management (cross-industry experience welcome).
• 2+ years in a customer-facing sales setting.

Responsibilities

• Drives financial performance and productivity of center operations.
• Analyses P&L statements; creates action plans based on performance and occupancy.
• Hires and staffs centers with high performing teachers.
• Manages labor and scheduling to maintain ratios.
• Forecasts enrollment based on graduation rates.
• Processes payroll and timekeeping accuracy.
• Oversees center inventory and vendor relationships.
• Ensures accurate billing, receivables, and collections.
• Conducts team meetings with Center Director to set direction.
• Executes local marketing campaigns and community relations.
• Leads tours and nurtures leads to secure enrollment.
• Plans and manages budget for parent engagement activities.
