Sunmark Federal Credit Union Inc. is hiring at our Milton Financial Center in Ballston Spa, NY. This universal member services position focuses on delivering legendary service, welcoming members, and answering questions about credit union services.

Starting pay ranges from $19.50 to $20 per hour and shifts vary with branch needs. You will support member transactions, operate Interactive Teller Machines, process payments, open accounts with proper ID, and help maintain our 'Good Vibes' culture

Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Detail-oriented and able to provide positive member experiences.
Cash handling, customer service, strong communication and computer skills preferred.

Responsibilities

Act as a member liaison, supporting member convenience with all credit union technology.
Support member transactions through use of Interactive Teller Machines.
Accurately processes transactions: loan payments, cash advances and transfers; redeems bonds and processes insurance payments.
Balances vault; verifies cash shipment under dual control; cash management of the financial center.
Serves members with product and advisory information; researches and resolves questions and complaints.
Assist management in maintaining culture and achieving department sales referral goals; opens consumer accounts with ID verification.
