Sunmark Credit Union is hiring at our Brunswick financial center in Troy, NY. This universal position focuses on delivering legendary member service by welcoming members and guiding them through Sunmark’s services.

Responsibilities include handling cash, processing transactions with ITM, and offering product information while maintaining our team culture and sales goals. Training occurs at our Latham office; starting pay is $19.50–$20 per hour based on experience.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Detail-oriented with strong cash handling and accuracy.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, plus basic computer knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome members at the financial center and provide information on Sunmark services.
• Support member transactions using Interactive Teller Machines.
• Process loans payments, cash advances, transfers, and balance cash vault duties.
• Assist with product and advisory information and answer member questions.
• Help achieve department sales referral goals and conduct routine account openings.
