Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is hiring for a front-line team member in New Jersey. You will help protect merchandise, monitor entrances and exits, and deliver excellent member service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include following loss prevention protocols, supporting club policies, and maintaining a safe, welcoming store atmosphere. We value teamwork, speed, and accuracy to meet daily goals.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail required.
• Basic math skills preferred.
• Ability to use a smart handheld device.
• Must successfully complete required training and certification processes.
• Must be employed with the company for at least 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Delivers superior member service, greeting and assisting members in a prompt, friendly manner.
• Resolves member concerns in a courteous and timely manner and escalates issues to management when necessary.
• Maintains merchandise protection procedures and shrink alert protocols.
• Monitors entrance and exit activity and conducts bag checks as required.
• Maintains safety standards for members and team members and adheres to company policies and procedures.
