Job summary

Planet Fitness in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a full-time team member to deliver a superior member experience, greet guests, answer questions, and support daily club operations.

Starting at $13 per hour, with increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months thereafter, plus benefits including PTO, health options, and more. Join a welcoming, Judgement Free zone where growth opportunities are highlighted by many managers who started as entry-level staff.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience appreciated and helpful for member interactions.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to use a computer at a basic level.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to active and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
