Job summary

Gateway Region YMCA in Columbia, IL is seeking a part-time Member Services Associate to greet members, process registrations in the HRIS, verify guests in Raptor, and support daily branch operations. You will handle drawer counts and closeouts, assist with member challenges, and contribute to achieving membership goals.

Work with branch management to implement SOPs, maintain quality service, and respond to inquiries with Listen First skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people.
• Prior customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of computers.

Responsibilities

• Partner with branch management to implement membership SOPs and systems.
• Enter membership and program registrations into HRIS.
• Greet and engage with members and verify guests in Raptor.
• Process HRIS transactions with accuracy and perform daily close out and drawer count.
• Recruit participants for member challenges and drive member visits.
