Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests with excellent service.
• Handle front desk tasks, including answering phones and checking in.
• Take tours, sign up new members, and calculate rates and payments.
• Support Club Manager with cash handling and drawer counts.
• Update member accounts and respond to questions promptly.
• Keep club clean and assist with daily tasks and special cleaning.
• Adhere to all duties and adapt to club needs as required.
