Job summary

SECU is hiring an Associate Member Services Representative to learn branch operations and deliver exemplary member service. You will handle inquiries by phone and in person, process transactions, balance cash drawers, and support wire transfers and foreign currency handling.

As you gain experience, you will begin opening basic accounts under supervision while learning SECU products and services and contributing to a positive member experience.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Preferred – Bachelor’s degree, or CCUE Certification, or Associate of Arts/Science via NC-CTP.
• Demonstrates SECU’s Core Values.
• Aptitude for meeting people and earning member confidence.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members in person, by phone, and digitally with courtesy and timeliness.
• Balance the cash drawer and process transactions in the appropriate system.
• Handle cash box management, wire transfers, and check deposits as trained.
• Open basic accounts over time following MIP procedures with supervision.
• Learn CXone and assist MSS as requested.
