Job summary

YMCA of South Hampton Roads is seeking a part-time Membership Associate to deliver outstanding service to members and guests, promote memberships and programs, and maintain a clean, organized facility. You will process sales, renewals and follow-up while supporting administrative tasks for membership and programs.

The role requires excellent communication, the ability to work in a fast-paced setting, and flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly-changing environment.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong computer skills: MS Office and Google Docs.

• Deliver excellent service to members, guests and program participants.
