Job summary

The YMCA of Metro Denver seeks an energetic Experience Representative to greet members, answer questions, and help them find programs. You’ll support membership sales and maintain a welcoming environment, collaborating with the Center team to deliver outstanding customer service.

No two days are the same, as you assist tours, enroll new members, and address inquiries with warmth and care. With a focus on belonging and community impact, you’ll contribute to safety, cleanliness, and a positive

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and a high school diploma or GED.
• Prefer 1+ years of customer service or front desk experience.
• Experience with diverse populations is a plus.
• Adaptable, with strong ownership and teamwork.
• Willing to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends/holidays.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage members and visitors in a caring, inclusive way.
• Provide information on memberships, programs, and services.
• Handle member check-ins and inquiries; assist with program registration.
• Assist outreach and tours to support membership growth.
• Collaborate with the Center team to maintain a safe, clean environment.
• May act as manager on duty when assigned.
