Responsibilities

• Provides member service and processes member purchases.
• Resolves member issues and concerns and promotes Sam's Club products and services.
• Maintains checkout area and assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policy.
• Ensures a safe shopping environment and reports unsafe conditions.
• Assists with training of associates on processes and procedures; supports new program rollouts.
• Maintains records and supports security practices to safeguard assets.
