Job summary

Educational Federal Credit Union is seeking a Member Advisor to provide exceptional service, process a wide range of deposits and loan transactions, and assist the Branch Manager with daily operations in Florida branches.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and a proactive referral approach to identify member needs and promote CU products and services. Weekend hours are required, with opportunities to mentor new staff.

Qualifications

• Must have 4-7 years of customer service or financial services experience.
• Willingness to travel to branch locations as needed.
• Ability and requirement to work Saturdays.
• Full compliance with BSA rules and regulations.
• Notary, Medallion and Signature Guarantee stamping capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and other transactions for members.
• Prepare paperwork for wire transfers, card services, and online banking setup; handle address changes and statements.
• Open/close accounts, provide safe deposit access, and complete necessary documentation.
• Promote and refer credit union products and services to members.
• Serve as lobby leader, guiding members to the right information and sources.
